Reservation and questions

For availability and reservations, in addition to the campsite reservation site "Nappu", please inquire via email, LINE or phone.

* For those who call, 【Reservation hours: 10:00 - 17:00/ Tuesdays closed】
* E-mail · LINE inquiry is possible outside business hours, but please be aware that the response to the booking confirmation will be the next business hour.
* Reservation confirmation via Nappu (“Available Search / Online Reservation” below) will be sent automatically from Nappu, so it is possible to receive reservations even on our regular holidays.
* On-line automatic reservation is available until 3days before the the use day. Please contact us by phone, LINE or email for the latest reservation and availability check (there may be space).
* When you use coupon or snow peak point card member privilege, please make a reservation by telephone, LINE, e-mail. At that time, please inform us of the use of discounted service (Online reservation is not eligible for discount in the system.)

Credit card

Credit cards cannot be used at the campsite. Please pay online in advance or prepare cash.

Cancellation Policy

*Cancellation fee for cancellation by customer's convenience: 7 days before use date: 20% of charge, 3 days before: 50% of charge, same day and without notification: 100% of charge we will request it

*Due to weather conditions, if we determine that it is not safe, we may stop the campsite use.

*In the following cases, no cancellation fee will be charged.
1.When closing the venue
2.When the Japan Meteorological Agency announces that the campsite will enter the typhoon storm area.
3.If it is determined that the campsite cannot be accommodated due to weather or other reasons
